Got a returning player back to Destiny and....
We cannot finish the Final Shape campaign because no one plays Excision. Is it required to have all the aspects and fragments?

1 ReplyDepending on where you are playing from, as of this reply im east coast NA it's 3:45 AM, many players may not be playing. If you create a Fire teams finder you'll have a better chance at narrowing down players looking to complete it at this point and time. That's is how I do it if time frame is off peak hours, hope this helps you and your friend get it done faster.
