What is the point of competitive? You fight a decently challenging battle and gain some rep and then lose it all right after because your next three matches have opponents that are way better players than you are. If you want to get better at competitive than you can't make it impossible to move forward. What is the payoff? Essentially nothing. And maybe even less than nothing. Bungie, I have been playing for several years now but tonight I just played for almost three hours and all my comp rank did was ended up worse off than when I started playing tonight. What is the point of investing in that? The answer, there is no point but to waste my time and your time. This is the kind of stuff in the game that has turned so many players away from the game including people I used to play with. It's sad. I have been thinking about it for some time now but it may be time to leave this game and my guess is others feel the same...It was good ride but maybe it is just time to let Destiny 2 die...
