Old Seasonal Weapons Not Dropping
Is it intentional that some seasonal weapons are only obtainable through Xur like for example Season of the Deep, Season of the Wish, Season of the Plunder, etc. Is there no tonics or tomb of want buff I am missing to be able to obtain these weapons like for example spare rations, Retrofit Escapade, etc? If this is intentional then why not add them to the tonic and tomb loot pools or even as world drops in the tonics and tomb? Feels like FOMO to me if this is true, thank you!

2 of the things you mentioned there do have a source that isn't Xur or Banshee. Exotic mission rotator: Season of the Wish weapons -> Starcrossed Season of Defiance weapons (minus swords/imperial decree) -> Avalon Season of the Seraph weapons -> Operation: Seraph Station Season of the Haunted weapons -> Presage Season of the Risen weapons -> Vox Obscura [quote]If this is intentional then why not add them to the tonic and tomb loot pools or even as world drops in the tonics and tomb?[/quote] It's intentional, and 2 reasons (alongside FOMO) I can think of for it would be: Pool dilution - there are 18 seasons (the content prior to Shadowkeep was retconned as seasons so aren't included) worth of weapons. Secondly, they most likely just don't want to have all weapons available all the time (or at all).
