Unintentional Explosive Payload Damage
I recall that explosive payload was changed to allow for the same ttk values with or without it but on my Crimil's Dagger I got explosive payload and realized after playing with it that it requires 3 headshots to kill now. Is this intentional I thought 120s were supposed to 2 head 1 body?
