Hello! My partner and I have been experiencing frequent error codes (especially Beaver). It tends to occur when we are both in a fireteam, but can happen in solo. In several instances, if getting to the tower, the NPCs (and no players) do not load and then the error code occurs. I have found that restarting the game at times can sometimes help, and there aren't any issues in activities, including free roam. The issue seems to be isolated to social spaces.
