I am attempting to catch up on the season, and in doing Act 3, and arriving at step 4, I had many side quests to chose from seemingly, as the quest step did not specify nor highlight a side quest I needed to due in order to progress in the step. That was not the case and now I am locked out from the story, as I deleted the other quests I was not planning on doing, while keeping the four I planned on doing. Seemingly one or two of the quests I had were not “vengeance” side quests so they do not count towards the progress. Another reason I was inclined to deleted the quests is due to the bugs within the act, as when I approached this quest, it already had 2/4 completed, when I didn’t even start one. That’s when i started to pick up the other quests, and when I did it went up to 3/4, I picked up another quest, and it went back down to 2/4. So I decided to delete them to see if it fixes the progression and revert it back to normal. It did not. And I also incorrectly assumed bungie’s quest retrieval system would work. It did not. My quests are gone, and I am beyond annoyed and disappointed. I fear this post might not even get an answer. Very close to giving up on my favorite franchise ever, and it really hurts.
