2 simple changes: 1. Remove the requirement to have a void super equipped, so that it can be used on any subclass. 2. Make it give allies Devour when standing in your Empowering Rift as well. These 2 small changes are all that would be needed to make this exotic a valuable and versatile support exotic, instead of a dust-collecting vault space hog.
