Honestly, I don't even know if this counts as feed back. It's more of a question: Is there ever going to be any plans for any effective anti-cheat in this game. Battle Eye seems to be good when it comes to finding my "Thicc Mommy Savathun" mods, but a player running around in a 3v3 environment with 100% accuracy seems to be beyond it's reach. So, here's the feed back: The anticheat needs to be more aggressive or at least tuned up or turned on. Thank you.
Ps: Attached the crucible report of the incredible talent that inspired me to write this feedback. I think it looks weird, but maybe I need a better chair and to get gud. No name is attached to the report as to avoid "shaming" although sincerely I believe putting these "talents" on blast would be very constructive. They'll either take care of themselves or enjoy themselves. At least the feeling of some thing being done about it would achieved.

So having an insane accuracy is possibly cheating? I was reluctant to report such players, they were pretty abnormal, I am not that bad, above average if I do say, definitely a monster vs. noobs, they also had ultra fast reflexes, between time of spotting me, and pulling the trigger, some even with snipers. I have had a few matches, where I literally could not land a shot on a player, one player was using revision zero, others had inexplicable high mobility (more than you can have with 100, even 100 + stompies), one player dodged without end, within seconds in between, while having a hand canon (I thought maybe RDM exotic?), others would be displaced and change location, as soon as I started shooting at them, or be removed from the area all together, without use of abilities, as if it was lag, but a very convenient one, that triggered, when I have had them in my sights, and was taking a shot at them. Some players I would shoot, and they would incur minimal damage, like I flicked a pellet at them, and kill me before the second burst from my Joxer's longsword would exit the barrel, I had their head in my sights, had high caliber rounds, and some flinch resistance. Also, prismatic gives tremendous unfair advantage in PVP, and should not be allowed in PVP competitive, not have their super cooldown time reduced, like Bungie just announced. I don't know what's going on.
