Exotic items from the collection have disappeared
Haven't played since Witch Queen, now I bought all the add-ons, but when I logged into the game I found that half of my exotic items were gone, although my friends still had everything.Items from the bank also disappeared.

Which exotics? If not in collections, then you never had them.
