I got a new PS5 Pro and tried to play but for some reason it tells me I need to activate cross save. I already have cross save active on my account and my PlayStation account is the one set for the cross save. My only other linked platforms are Xbox and Steam. I have been playing mostly on Steam for the past few months but I wanted to play on PS5 for a change and i’m met with the activate cross save screen. It says I can press X to continue if I don’t have cross save on. I don’t want to do that in fear of something going wrong with my account. When I scan the QR code and sign in using the same PlayStation account, it says cross save is active and all my accounts are linked and authenticated and that my PlayStation account is the main active one for cross save. How can I fix this? Am I safe to press X to continue?
