All ammo loading perks should activate voltshot
The perk doesn’t specify what type of reloading so it would be a great time to upgrade that perk to be more in line with jolting feedback. That or change the description to say manually reload.
Also destabilizing rounds shouldn’t require a kill on high value targets. It should apply like jolting feedback to yellow bars only.

2 RepliesAgreed. I have a wonderful plug one that has voltshot, but it also has reconstruction.. which unfortunately makes it entirely impossible to utilize voltshot. Would be nice to have a work around
