No hard evidence that it still exists, at least on hand, but I'm still feeling certain perks and perk combos dropping significantly more often than others. For example, I haven't had a single Shadow Price (Adept or normal) drop with One For All at any point, and I've probably gone through 20ish adepts and maybe 20ish normal ones just a couple weeks ago. The most common traits are Attrition Orbs or Invisible Hand (a perk with literally no use) in the third column, and Voltshot or Permeability in the fourth. For Palindrome, Id say about 60% of my maybe 30 or so have rolled with Rolling Storm (Explosive Payload is also very common), and probably 10% or less dropped with Magnificent Howl at all. Now for Plug One, the majority of my drops either have Voltshot or Closing Time in the fourth column, and Slideways is seemingly much more common in the third column than every other perk. It isn't just for Nightfall weapons either, it took a ridiculous number of Afterlight drops before I got a Discord + Reservoir Burst roll for example, and the situation is similar for many other ritual, episodic, and even world weapon drops.
