Good evening! I reinstalled Destiny 1 last night to play the game again after several years. I have the physical copy of the Destiny 1 Collection with all the content installed. Unfortunately, I have ran into some issues. I cannot get passed the start screen. After making an attempt to sign in, the in-game audio starts to cut in and out every few seconds while also making no progress to booting up a character selection screen. When attempting to exit the game via the Xbox guide, the guide itself locks up and unfreezes after a good half minute. Only able to turn off and/or restart my console. I have made an attempt to boot up the game once more after restarting my console just for the same results to happen. I'm both curious and confused; as I wonder if this is happening due to possible corrupted files, possibly a faulty disc, or just a simple reinstall of the game in its base form. I am in need of guidance as I haven't touched a Bungie game in years.
