I am still currently experiencing issues regarding the Dreadnaught collectables/triumphs. More specifically the RESOLUTE COLLECTION TRIUMP where you have to collect all 10 ravenous worms throughout the Nether. I have collected all 10 however, the triumph says I have only found 9/10. I am 100% certain I have found them all. I have switched back and forth from the path of resolve and ambition and no matter what I do, there are no more worms to be found. I have checked every worm location on all 3 characters and no matter what I do, the triumph remains at 9/10.
