Playing on a standard PS5 as well but I haven’t experienced any of the issues you’ve mentioned. May be time for you to do some trouble shooting; I’d suggest starting off by clearing your console cache, removing the shell of the console and [b]vacuuming[/b] out any accumulated dust/hair (don’t use a spray duster as this can push dust deeper into the system causing further problems) as well as double checking that you have the PS5 version of the game installed to your primary SSD (rather than the PS4 version installed on an external HD). Any troubleshooting that immediately springs to mind beyond that would likely be either time intensive (reinstalling D2 from scratch, performing a factory reset on the system) or cost money (replacing the SSD for the system if it is determined to be a likely source of the problem) and I would recommend seeking assistance from Playstation Customer Support for more knowledgable advice before taking such steps.
