Change hacker linked Xbox account to original owner's Xbox account.
Hey guys, my account was hacked. I clicked on a Steam gift card spam link. As a result, the hacker accessed my account, removed all my logins, and played several games on my account.
Luckily, my PlayStation account was linked and I was able to log in to prevent him from logging in, but he also linked his Xbox account so he can access it whenever he wants and keeps threatening to delete my characters and rare items if I don't let him play on my account.
I got my Steam login back and all my other data was restored, but with his Xbox account linked, he can access it whenever he wants and do what he's threatening to do. After all, I can't be online 24 hours a day to stop this, I have a job and an elderly person to take care of. I have all the possible prints that prove that I am the owner of the account 100% and prints of the conversation he was threatening me. I need help to resolve this, at least to try to make this topic, not only mine, but also of other people who also suffered the same scam, to be resolved. To at least put my account in place of the hacker's Xbox account. After all, it's almost 9k hours invested and many in-game triumphs to be lost.
I am aware that there have been changes to the privacy policy for accounts permanently linked to Bungie ID that cannot be removed, but my appeal would at least be to change his linked Xbox account to my Xbox account to replace it. The image above is just one of the threats I received from many others.

Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Further, in the case of compromised accounts, we're unable to assist you, and your only recourse is to contact the appropriate platform's support. Account security is up to each player, and we encourage players to secure their game accounts by following our [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048721292-Account-Security-Guide]Account Security Guide[/url] so that they don’t have a chance to be compromised.
