The fireteam finder needs a guide tab so veterans can find new lights and help them. in old when I was bored id find new players and help them it's very difficult now. The fireteam finder is not good for this. On boarding is a big issue here with a aging and burnt out player here with the huge disconnect from content creators of now and the current player base.
