Destiny 2 Companion loading issue

Loading issue is slow took 1 hour and still loading. Can’t see my vault and character statistics etc. not sure if it’s due to having my smartphone got phished 6 years ago. I already traded the device for a new smartphone 2 years ago yet they phished my phone number so I changed my phone number and my smartphone. Still having issues with Destiny 2 companion apps. Unable to redeem codes for emblem!

Someone is hacking my Destiny 2 account otherwise I wouldn’t be receiving this message every time I log into Destiny 2! Could you update my Destiny 2 companion? Showing which device that has logged into my account? Also having issues with phishing bot. And might have gotten my login information to Destiny 2 companion apps. Could you allow an Encryption key instead of password for security for a Destiny 2 account? Could you also update the Destiny 2 companion apps, so the user or owner of the account is able to see which device that was logged into the account so the owner of the account can log out unknown device from Destiny 2 Companion apps or Bungie account owner to log out unknown device that logged into the Bungie account?
