Name change used
I went into the website today to try and change my Bungie name for the first time ahead of Marathon coming out and I had no chances remaining. I never used them as I hadn’t even opened the profile section of the website before Bungie names could be customized years ago. Is there any way to get one shot to change it seeing as the site seems busted?

There's a bug. Deleting name tokens. A lot of people are affected. Until they fix it you are stuck with what you have.
