This isn't a complaint.
I've never made a forum post before, however there needs to be a change. This game is wayyyy too good, to be performing so low on steam charts. You guys at bungie know what the people want. We've been asking for years. Instead of listening to complaints and negative feedback.and the time you guys take nerfing everything people enjoy, I believe you can make the game great again. Fix what you guys can. Add in what people want and have been requesting for years. (Taken Subclass, community activities, etc.)
The game is lacking substance. Life. You don't breathe recycled air.
You know what needs to change. Fix it.

Specially with marathon on the way most of their resources (if any left) will be focused on it. At most we could expect further "grind" and very small changes, just enough "entertaining & time consuming" to keep players engaged. I would love to see an overhaul of D2 but it's not gonna to happen. Here's hoping for D3 maybe then some of the bigger issues will get addressed. (Maybe)

D2 could be better but it’s unlikely. Bungie changed focus to Marathon a while back. That’s where the effort is focused. That’s what the remaining talent at the studio is, and has been, working on.
