Need explanation about revives?
I hope someone can explain revives. They seemed self explanatory but are evidently not. I go in to play and I start with 10, or 9, revives. By the time I complete two of the three activities I am down to one even though I died only 2 times. I've been traveling from one to another, not encountering any foes and I see my revives drop.
What gives. Someone, please explain?

If you are in the nether activity with matchmaking, then this means other players in your lobby died multiple times to use up some of the revives. They are team-based.

Revive tokens are team based, someone else dying will still reduce it by one each time.
