Storms keep on titans needs a nerf for PVP

2 RepliesNot really. It's not a one hit kill unless you're already low enough to be one hit. You can easily counter it by not pushing directly into their line of sight constantly. It also doesn't activate consistently unless you're hitting with an ability or a debuff from a weapon.
