034
glad to hear everyone is safe bummer about your wallet...I ride a bike and have had my brakes do a thing at speed once ...it was not a fun day ...
-
033
car shop just called. Rear brake calipers were leaking fluid. Lucky I took it straight up and didn't drive anywhere else. Over $1k to fix. There goes the budget. But everyone's safe and healthy
-
032
Just dropped the car at the shop. There was brake fluid in the resevoir. They seemed to be working fine under gentle braking. Alert cleared and came back a few times on the way. Probably a sensor. Nevertheless, I was extra glad I have a manual transmission and can use that rather than potentially unreliable brakes to slow the car. Was ready to grab the handbrake if necessary too.
-
031
definitely check that soon over later and Make sure the brakes work before you go anywhere....
-
030
my day just started with a brake warning light on the car and a suspicious looking stain on the driveway. Probably going to be expensive.
