Sever is not working properly in pvp
Sever is not applying the 15% damage debuff in pvp.
Pls I beg of u give us some feedback on whether this is intended or a bug. This has been the case for months now. Zero communication from Bungie about this.

As u can see in the video I get severed but still am able to do max damage.
