No engrams or rewards from Trials rank up
Despite ranking up to Brave II (rank 5), I have received 0 engrams, and 0 rank rewards.
When hovering over the rewards that should be unlocked it tells me those ranks are required. This is incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Especially as an inexperienced Trials player, I’m fighting for my life out there and it’s not even worth it 😭

I ran into the same issue. Still awaiting an update. I’m sure they’ll get it handled. I’m an inexperienced player as well. Just trying to farm a summoner.
