Didn't receive campaign rewards after completing Final Shape
I did not receive any Exotic or 1960 rewards after completing the campaign with my friend in a fireteam.
He was the leader of the fireteam the whole time, but we did each mission together. He received the rewards, but I haven't been able to get a prompt or any notification I got them.

I had to redo the first mission on Legendary to receive my rewards.
