Dmg constantly changing to low numbers

So I'm plugged in on ethernet with xbox and I'm recieving constantly different dmg numbers. 200-400 dmg somehow with my build in a legend activity that I have the power for. I've beaten grand master and this is no where near what it should be. I have a video but ofc u won't let me post it.
