Im not sure if intentional but Devour Nerf kinda killed Nova Warp. [Possible Bug]
Noticed ive been getting one tapped alot, after getting a kill with nova warp. Then I realized that not only was I barely getting any health per kill, my regen wasnt procing at all. I dont mind the changes to devour, but these changes shouldnt affect nova warp since it heavily relies on getting your health back per kill to be viable.

2 RepliesScary thing is devour is the best on warlock post nerf, so if it's bad there it's unusable on titan and hunter.
