"Focused Darnkess" raid mod from Root of Nightmares isn't working.
So I tried multiple time and it seems like equiping the new "focused darkness" mods give you 0 damage buff to your abilities, tweet above as a proof. This may not be the only mod not working, I haven't tried the other mods yet.
