Crafted weapon momentos appear to be missing
Is anyone else finding that any weapons they previously put momentos on seem to no longer have momentos but still have titles and shaders provided from them?

Same here. All of them still have the ´title’ and shaders - but all the sockets are empty since Lightfall dropped.
