Last TWAB provided a guide for a page that lets us submit a request form in order to receive marketing / account / character -based emails sent.
I have sent in a request by Case ID: 221589, and received an automated message back about it being received. A day later, the request just got closed with the exact same automated message.
The message lets me know that the person(s) taking care of my request is unable to communicate with me via the actual case, so I am requesting information here regarding my case about what the resolution was, were they able to work it out, or perhaps not?
PS: Working with Zendesk myself I am finding this behavior odd that the customer cannot be notified about their status via their actual case emails, therefore creating a window of obscurity on whether you guys did anything with the case or not, which is infuriating and causes more distrust. If this forum topic could be transferred/lnked to a person who takes such feedback to have this changed, that would be grand.
