I still am not receiving emails from Bungie
This is like the 5th post I've made here regarding this topic. I haven't gotten emails from Bungie, since the pre Forsaken era. I haven't received any of the statistic emails since the one right before Forsaken. I never got any of the recent ones including the Trials, Raid, Y4 in review, or the most recent one for the voting. I've tried all the fixes that Bungie has recommended and none of them have worked. I've swapped by emails back and forth (while waiting days and changing the email settings) and still have not gotten anything. I'm always super disappointed when I see all my friends getting these emails, and I just never seem to get them. I'm not sure what else I can do to try and fix this. I don't know if there is an issue with my account, or if my emails are just buggy, but I've ran out of things to try.

I started wondering if it was because I originally create my account as an Xbox user in D1 and switched over to PlayStation for D2. Grasping at straws really...but it did seem odd that the emails stopped as soon as I set up CrossPlay. Very frustrating that my whole clan keeps getting "??? In Review" emails and I'm always left out. I've done everything they suggested as far as verifying, re-verifying, changing settings, changing emails....none of it has worked...

Same Issue. I followed Bungie Help tweet and TWAB's instructions(Change email), but I don't get an email.

Though it's tough to see so many people still encountering this despite doing all the "fixes", I'm glad I'm not the only one. Missing out on all the cool conversations that these mail generate is very very annoying.

In the same boat no email here, email is verified tried the trblshooters guides to no avail.

Me too, it honestly feels like Bungie has stopped caring about the community recently. This email notification issue has been an issue since the Halo days and Bungie is aware of it, but they chose to use this system of email notification for an exclusive emblem anyways. This week they also decided that their mistake of adding burn modifiers to grandmaster nightfalls was intentional and [i]changing a hotfix where they said they wouldn't add them[/i] despite the overwhelming majority of the player base being against that. As long as most the everyday players keep playing the game, Bungie will not care.

I just saw in my feed for r/DTG that somebody got so fed up with [url=https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/tzbpig/the_email_for_the_monsters_vs_mechs_vote_was_not/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf]it[/url] that they ended up calling Bungie out on the sub because of how little our efforts are doing on the official help forum of all places. Unfortunately for them, people have decided to be jerks about it because apparently anybody calling out an issue and wanting change for an actual problem rather than complaining about an exotic that is giving light to an otherwise underused subclass isn’t worth discussing.

Same here, there is no way to get in contact with Bungie directly it seems. They either don't care or don't know and I'm pretty sure they know what's going on
