Moments of Triumph Seal can't be equipped

So the Triumph Seal "MMXXI" can't be equipped again. I switched it to Conqueror but then saw that I couldn't equip it again. Maybe it has something to do with the 28 out of 30 Triumphs, for you to be able to claim it.
