Getting this error after battleye starts

This has been reported on Windows 8 and 10 as well.
Reinstalls haven't helped, replacing dll hasn't worked, reportedly upgrading to Windows 10 has had some success but also some failures.
Patience is required, but silence isn't

Our issue made it to the top of the issue list in todays TWAB, so we have some progress, however shallow it may be.

Update to you all!!! Bungie in this thread just said: ”We've already reached out to BattlEye and neither they nor us believe this is an issue caused by their service. Rest assured that we're actively investigating this issue to determine the cause and how it can be solved. We believe this issue is related to something Bungie changed in our builds for this release” I take this as that the issue actually have came forward to them and is being worked on. Hang in there everyone and lets hope it gets solved as fast as possible!
