Day 1 of top tree dawnblade changes
The changes don’t really seem to affect much, I still feel agile and the movement is still nice but all I ask is to add the 2nd icarus dash back for PVE

Used to be a top tree dawnblade because of Icarus dash. I was so good with it. Bottom trees super lasts longer, and phoenix dive still sucks
