not able to claim past season rewards for other characters

My main character is warlock and I am not able to claim armor and unclaimed rewards from past season's(Season of the Chosen) season pass. Kindly look into this.

Please try claiming your past season rewards via the official companion app, on a phone or tablet. The website is experiencing some pesky tech gremlins when it comes to past season rewards, but the app has been working smoothly for most.
