Adept Rampage
It's just a thought but what about an Adept version of Rampage? How about increasing the time from 4.5 seconds to 5.0 seconds while also adding 5 range and 5 stability as well. Or leave the time increase the same while adding the increase to range and stability.

Would rather just see them axe Rampage Spec and extend Rampage to that length. The Perk Specs existence feels weird tbh
