Where are the legendary hand cannons?
I've been playing Destinty 2 for maybe a week. I've not seen one Legendary Hand Cannon, even after getting the "Forsaken" expansion.
Where are they?
Is entirely random or are there specific areas and strikes where they drop?
If so which ones?

1 Replycrucible and Gambit have hand cannons, all the raids, shattered throne & prophecy dungeons, there's a few in the world pool
