Are you really serious about the ,,day one should be the easiest" thing and that ,,bungie only cares about the elite players"? Since the launch of D1 the day ones have always been the biggest events in the game and pretty much are what keeps the core community playing. And the only thing that bungie did for ,,elite" players in whole D2 was introducing GMs. After 2 years they now at least listened to the community and bring back hardmode because the raid on day 2 was already easier than a Master nightfall.
