Ia anarchy only obtainable through the monument thing in the tower ?
I start playing after beyond light, and Im trying to figure out how to get anarchy.
I dont have 3 characters yet (to do the solo spoiks thing)
Does it drop from exotic engrams ?!

Only available from the kiosk now. Used to be a random drop from completing Scourge of the Past raid. Great weapon. Good hunting!
