Lost all Datalattice after loading into the tower from Nessus

I have been collecting data lattice, went to Nessus to finish a quest / farm / do bounties. After completing all that I loaded into the tower and had 0 datalattice, that included all the resource drops from the season. Any fixes for that? Thanks
