Braytech Transponder
I bought the transponder. Killed and collected the scanner. Proceeded to Well of Infinitude only to have lost my scanner without having shot a single drone on the way. Can't repurchase the transponder since it can only be bought once a week. The braytech transponder is not in my inventory either.

Had the same issue. Picked up the transponder, killed the fallen, got 2 out 3 drones done. Died to misadventure(Failed a jump) so I couldn't pick up the scanner again, can't buy new transponder, can't pick up new scanners. Character screen doesn't show that I have a transponder already.

I shot down 2/3 sets of drones, then died, now can't complete this week's area, as I can't pick up scanner, more buy another transponder 😞
