What dictates how fast ability energy regens (rifts, barricades, dodge)? Is it part super or melee regen? Thank you

Sad - old

it is all apart of what class you play. Hunter dodge charges faster with more mobility. Warlocks rift chargest with more regeneration. Titans barrier regenerates with more defense.
