Clan List behaving badly since Steam
Since the move to the steam platform, the clan list started to behave very poorly.
- many users are just listed as "Offline"
- Players that are not your friends are listed as Offline even though they are online
This behaviour was better on Battle.net
Could this be related to Steams privacy settings? I haven't found one that seems to solve this.

having the same issue. i am cross saved from psn to pc not sure if that has anything to do with it but everyone is "online" but grayed out
