My reward "MMXIX" has disappeared.
The "MMXIX" [u]was completed[/u] (Screen1). Now I noticed that my reward has disappeared (Screen2)
Why did MMXIX disappear if it was completed? This is a bug.

6 RepliesHey there! Unfortunately, if you did not claim the Seal before the Weekly Reset, it is not possible to get it any more. Claiming the seal means that you had to "break the seal" box on the bottom left of the Seal (as if you'd want to equip the title). Sorry to hear that you lost your Seal but it was intentional for the Seal to go away if it was not claimed.
