I want to use the Cat Ghost, but the perks are...useless? (Do they do something meaningful? I seriously have never noticed any benefit from them) Meanwhile the eyeball Ghost has the bonus xp perk - the only one I use - so I was wondering who else felt like it needs an improvement. (P.S. if you have a better perk in mind than the xp one, let me know in a comment - but vote yes on changing the perk)
