For Bungie, predicting how toxic players can and will be should be second nature to them.
They have an entire series of... 5 Halo games (CE, 2, 3, ODST, Reach, maybe 6 if they did the CE Remastered) to look back on and see what kinds of bullshyte was brought on in PvP and general shenanigans.
