And im telling you its not that noticeable of a difference compared to before the update. Only scout rifles started fo deal less damage. You can look up gameplay if you want before the update and hand canons, auto rifles, and pulse rifles in PVE have barely changed in kill time only scout rifles.
You can show pics and links of the patch notes all you like but the actual info is not their and you can clearly see it if you played before and after the update and bungie patch notes are notorious for not telling players about all the major changes made to the sandbox. That was one of the biggest things players yelled at them about for about 5 years now is that bungie sucks at communicating granted they are way better now but you can still see for some odd reason 4 years laters they are still missing info in the patch notes and don’t tell players about the missing intentional changes until weeks after it was made and players found out themselves.
Its JUST what bungie does.

I know Scout rifles have changed? That's literally the point of this WHOLE POST. BUT it does say they changed weapon damage of primaries. And like i said, scouts probably didn't change AS MUCH.

Scouts had their damage nerfed by 30%. Other weapons had their body damage weakened but with their critical damage buffed.

All it says is that the increased precision damage and decreased body shot damage. Im sorry but you don’t need a masters degree to see what happened you just need common sense which confuses me as to why you don’t see that bungie did not put the changes in the patch notes. Also a 20% buff compensation is a pretty huge change XD. To not tell people that the damage for scout rifles was reduced overall by that that much is a pretty big problem.
