Does doing the normal Whisper mission a second time give you another WoTW?
For some reason my WoTW dropped around 365 power while my teammates got theirs’ at 405. We were all 390 (my highest light is 394, I think).
I was wondering if running through the normal mission Whisper would give me another WoTW (maybe at a higher light level this time).
If it doesn’t, is there some way for me to get it up to 405 light? Has Bungie fixed the issue with using 400 power weapons as infusion fuel for other weapons?

Whisper only drops once, once you have it there is no reason to do the normal version again unless you are helping others.

And yip, each character can get their own whisper to drop. So if you do it on a higher character who hasn't yet done it, it will drop higher. Easier to just infuse a blue into it though.

The only way to get it to 405 is to get a 405 sniper from a prestige raid lair and infuse it into your whisper. Highest it can drop is 385.
