Because people who care that much refuse to try new things. There a plenty of weapons that people aren't ballsy enough to put through the paces

Also, drop rate. Saw two new weapons in the past week alone (a Kinetic HC and a Kinetic Pulse Rifle). Some of the competitors may just not be in many people's hands yet.

If I had to guess you're talking about three graves from DO and true prophecy (I think) from the fwc. Don't have the pulse and I'm still testing the handcannon myself so I can't say much. It's really cool and I'm definitely enjoying it for the most part
